The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean.
We got stuck in the lift and they seemed more concerned with how many people than the fact that we were stuck (max capacity is 8 we were 6 and way below the max weight) - the lift is managed off site and they took ages just to respond to the alarm. The emergency lights on the stairwell was defective and there is not sufficient lighting on the stairs.

Helpful staff, good location for us being in Paris for 2 nights. Modern facilities and a number good eateries nearby.

Everything was very good. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception — he was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay.
Nothing in particular. Overall, I had a very good experience and everything met my expectations.

Nice staff
The facilities were very dated and there were a lot of stains on walls and ceilings. The shower had mould on the outside and seemed clogged. additionally, very thin walls, squeaking noises were apparent the entire trip
