Room is renovated and we were upgraded to a bigger suite. Walls could get a repaint job as there are some stains on the walls and on the top. We had nice view of the sea. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices.
Could have more seating available outside for breakfast.

You should know that the hotel consists of two parts: the five-star Metropol, which we had no issues with—it has a beautiful reception area where both breakfast and dinner are served, as well as the spa and the pool. The location is relatively great, close to the seaside promenade, near a Spar store, next to the Grand Casino, and with 4–5 quality seafood restaurants nearby.
Casa Rosa, on the other hand, aims to be a four-star hotel, but in my opinion it doesn’t meet that standard in terms of quality. The rooms are worn out, and the walls were dirty. Parking “naturally” costs €20 per day, regardless of what they advertise. Use of the pool is free, but bathrobes and slippers cost €5 per person.

Nice room with excellent sea view. Gorgeous breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff. Indoor pool is nice, however very salty water. Sauna was great.

Room - it was really nice and big.
There were stains on the walls and carpets, spiderwebs in corners, pathway was broken, there was a sign with warning, but you could see this is standing there for some time. Service in the restaurant was terrible. If you’re not an old couple from Germany, you’ll be waiting for your drinks for 20-50mins. State of cutlery was not 5* level (visibly used for a few years - worn out, a lot of times also not properly cleaned), same goes to plates.
