Room was clean, orderly, and in great shape, contained all the expected amenities. Check-in and check-out were self-service and super easy. Didn't actually meet any member of staff, as we only came in late and left early, but clearly everyone was doing their jobs very well. Not a lot of atmosphere and location is just okay, but otherwise a very functional basic accommodation that is perfectly suitable for a short to medium stay.
Nothing to complain about

Staff super kind, location awesome, easy check in. Also room was cleaned earlier so we could check in earlier.

The location. Close to Ubahn and tram... and Boxhagener Platz where there were loads of restaurants! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice that they offered some complementary tea/coffee and pastries - no water offered though in rooms or reception.
The digital check-in system was not reliable and reception is only open until 3pm - not ideal for a hotel. We stayed in 2 different rooms and neither of the fridges worked. Some maintenance issues required in each...
It was a little pricey for a 3 star , especially after the Marathon was over.
