Easy and friendly check in Very clean apartment

No bathrooms at the pool area. When you arrive before check in or would like to use the pool area after check out, there are no bathroom facilities available

Once we were offered a change of apartment after 3 days in a tiny corner 2 room space with a ground floor terrace lacking sun and privacy for most of the day, the rest of our 2 week stay was very enjoyable. We were moved to a much larger apartment on the floor above with views and better facilities. The maintenance staff were helpful and friendly, but the admin staff were located in Barcelona, and only contactable via Whatsapp by phone or messaging. We had to contact the admin staff several times over 3 days with different concerns before we got a change of apartment. The pool was lovely and the setting was great. Self catering was easily achieved as the weather was good, as were the facilities in the town which was only 10 minutes walk away.

Admin staff on site would have been helpful. During our stay no cleaning of the apartment took place, nor were a change of towels, sheets or resupply of toilet paper. I asked for a replacement broken corkscrew/bottle opener and was told I'd have to purchase one myself. Booking.com told us we would be in a 2 bedroom apartment, but it really just meant 2 single beds - which I now know is the norm in Spain. Other issues affecting this complex are security, noisy guests, and lack of a physical staff presence. The check in system does not work properly - we saw other guests struggling to access their apartments. It is is not explained properly on the website. In 2026 guests expect a cleaning service and changes of towels, sheets and toilet paper. We arrived during rainy weather and had an invasion of ants which maintenance staff dealt with very promptly
