Excellent location in Aarhus City (right next to the railway station and walking street), comfortable bed and modern bathroom; room included a proper desk and chair. Great breakfast including hot food. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. The room was fine - a little "querky" in that the toilet was separate with a glass door but the wash hand basin/shower was open with just a shower curtain. Breakfast selection was OK but the same every day. The staff were absolutely superb. We met at least 5 different staff on reception and they were all really friendly and helpful. Restaurant recommendations were very good, and details about locations of "things" were also 100% - they fully deserved the box of chocolates!!! The Hotel restaurant, MASH, was absolutely fantastic -great service and amazing steaks - we only went once but my steak was exceptional.
Breakfast could have been more varied day by day but that's a minor detail. The lighting in the restaurant could have been better - difficult to read the small print on the menu if, like me, you need glasses!

Location is great, next to the train station where the airport bus stops and many other local busses and trains.
Free drinks and snacks at the lobby. Apparently, they allow you to leave your luggage in a storage cabinet.
Oversalted eggs and meat at the breakfast. Some insect running around while you eat.
Disgusting coffee at the lobby.
Very weak shower. Takes a while to get it warm, and even then you can't wash normally under that rain. A shower head with a hose is required.
If you arrive at night, the bell is not working. You have to call local number.
