Staff was excellent - always available and attentive with any ask (transportation, luggage, spa services, dinner reservations, arrangements with other hotels in other cities, etc.).

Breakfast was excellent with abundant choices available. Room was exactly as expected. Best shower of our trip. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive and we really felt taken care of.
Nothing.

The location and setting were beautiful, the pool was heated which was a welcome bonus, and the service was great.
The beds were a little firm otherwise we couldn’t fault the hotel.
