The location is superb, it’s close to all the historic sights but on a quiet side-street - a great combination. There is no dedicated parking but there is a municipal car park, literally 2 minutes away. We left the car there for the 2 nights we stayed and it cost about 27 euros - so very reasonable. There is also a supermarket and wine bar within a short walk.
The hotel is small - just nine rooms - and very friendly. The staff were all so kind. There is a lift so access to upper floors is OK for us older folk. There is also an honestly bar in reception if you fancy a beer or a bottle of wine. Breakfast is offered but I think you should probably let them know in advance. We went to a coffee shop house called Nuba about 10 minutes away - highly recommended.
We loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
The bathroom probably could do with modernisation but not really a big deal - it was fine.

The location was excellent, a short walk to many locations, the whole feel was lovely with the honesty bar, a lounge to play games, WhatsApp communications, and a decent breakfast if you wanted one
The bathroom needs updating and the shower wasn’t great and felt like it needed an upgrade

Very nice hotel. I'm sure the staff are lovely, however we only saw a staff member at check out, so limited contact makes it difficult to comment on the staff (hence the lower score for staff). Overall, hotel is lovely, we had a beautiful view of the Belfry from our loft room. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout - would be very pleased to stay there again. Lovely hotel, great location in beautiful Bruges
