Good location, right next to the marshland (even if it was dry in October)
Very clean and very friendly staff.
Room and bed quite small.

We have stayed there before and we're given a good 2 star room with view as we had requested
We were most disappointed that the hotel would only offer us breakfast on two of our 8 days when they provided breakfast for a group. Not the quality of welcome we expected.
