It is located in a beautiful zone. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the pool is good too. It is very clean. The breakfast was good too.
The people in the front desk were not friendly at all. We reported that the WiFi was not working twice, and they didn’t do anything about it. We reported again, and there was no answer. We didn’t have WiFi in the all-stay. Same thing with the frigobar that was blinking all the time, which was annoying at night. They didn’t do anything either.

Perfect location for old town and tram station
Comfy bed
Stylish design
Friendly staff- definitely multi taskers!
Cosy
V v poor WiFi - couldn’t access it in our room. Occasionally could use it in the bar but sporadic - due to age of the building and Altea generally not good for reception
Pool could have done with a clean
Patchy BBC reception

Lovely location & nice pool
Understaffed & breakfast was very basic with no cooked options unless you paid extra which was crazy considering the hotel rate
