The location was great for making trips in the area, which is what we wanted. It was also peaceful and there was a spacious area for parking right outside the door. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed with three good sized bedrooms. It was also very nicely renovated with plenty of character.
Only minor things: I found the house warm enough but my companions would have liked it a bit more warm and cosy. The showers were adequate but not perfect; one was very small and the door needed repairing, in the other. the water did not always run properly.

Very well equipped kitchen. Nice old fashioned look. Table tennis which we did not play for years! Very comfortable beds.
There wasn't a lot of space in the bins outside. We had to take some recycling home with us.
