Location, price and some facilities
The mattress was very uncomfortable and on the edge of it the wire would dig in if you laid or sat on a certain part.

The property was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for us to enjoy our family holiday. As first timers to SP we felt like we were in the heart of it all. The kids adored the pools (especially the lagoon), adults loved the apartment.
I think a couple more little things could be of use - re-usuable shopping bags, dish soap, washing power, cleaning cloths, bin bags, bench spray to be able to keep the apt clean. I did have to purchase these myself.

Location and view was great!
The general condition of the room and lack of attention to details.
One roll toilet paper per toilet for 4 day-stay!
Old rundown furnishings throughout.
Loud squealing hot water in shower.
Underwhelming amenities or lack of (no tissues, no extra toilet paper, one face washer, no bed coverings)
TV in bedroom didn’t work.
Aged lumpy flogged-out mattresses, & old flat pillows.
