The staff were absolutely wonderful – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home!
The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible and convenient.
The whole atmosphere was lovely, and every little detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Such a beautiful experience, and I would definitely love to come back! ❤️
There were perhaps a few very minor details that could be improved, but nothing significant or worth mentioning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience.

Very clean, super comfortable bed and pillow, great shower. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location, a bit tight and steep streets effected by construction.
Disappointing breakfast.

I was very happy with the room, the lady cleaning the room was lovely and did a great job and also the guys on the desk were nice and friendly. The location/neighbourhood is nice and convenient. Will happily stay there again.
Nothing.

The breakfast is good. It’s the same every day, but we didn’t mind. Nisantasi is a lovely area to stay in, with plenty of shops and treats from Hafiz Mustafa nearby. It’s also convenient for getting to the malls and exploring Besiktas and its sights.
The cleaning could have been better. Our bed linen wasn’t changed once during our two-week stay, and on one occasion, no fresh towels were left. Housekeeping also removed a key card from another hotel that we had left in the power slot to keep the electricity on.
