From the moment we arrived in the Maldives, not even our resort, but the country itself, our whole experience went above and beyond what we expected! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a Mercure rep, despite it being 11pm, who helped us check in to our transfer flight, and then we were greeted upon arrival at Kooddoo Island and driven by buggy to our resort (2 minutes away) and then to our room. The restaurant, bar, spa and services staff were exceptional- always happy and smiling, up for a chat and a joke, making sure we were enjoying our experience without being annoying or overbearing. The food was delicious, the spa treatments were a dream, and the diligence was next level. We have already recommended Mercure Kooddoo to everyone we speak to about our honeymoon, including family, friends and strangers, and we cannot wait to visit again!
