This apartment was absoloutly gorgeous. It was even nicer than we expected . Just everything was perfect and it was spotless and the little play area in the garden was a hit for my little boy whos autistic. Honestly it was just gorgeous we didnt want to leave They even left a beautiful madeira cake for when we arrived.
There was nothing wrong at all. My only thing was wishing wed booked more than 1 night.

The standard of the apartment we stayed in (Hideaway) is very good. It is a small studio (kitchen, bed, sofa) with a bedroom for the kids and a wetroom. The property is comfortable, clean, well furnished and well decorated. The location is amazingly handy for St Annes, Lytham and all local attractions. The main street of St Annes is within walking distance, Lytham and Blackpool are a short drive away. This was our fourth stay at this property - second time in Hideaway. The larger apartments are also excellent.
Nothing - it is a lovely property, thoroughly recommended.

The location of the apartment was lovely as was the apartment itself, very happy with that. I thought the extras you left were a really nice touch ie the bread, cookies etc
When we walked into the apartment to be honest it smelt abit like wet dog which suprised me, I later realised that it was the bedding in the master bedroom. It had obviously been put away slightly damp so it smelt really fusty and damp. Also I have a medical issue which caused me to spill some coffee on the duvet, I'm very sorry. My partner asked the cleaners if we could change the duvet and cover on the Friday morning, they agreed but failed to leave us a clean one so the duvet was damp. I tried to phone Steve and the other number all weekend, no reply. I. had also contacted Steve on the Wednesday before we left to enquire about the beds as we were travelling with a 5year old so I wanted to confirm she didn't have a sofa bed in the lounge, again he did not get back to me. The communication was not good when we needed help, this is very disappointing as the rest was so good.
