Nice, clean and quiet apartment in Torremolinos

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need, i.e. air conditioning, laundry machine, cookware and dishes, is available. The apartment is situated within a walking distance from Torremolinos main street and beach, yet it’s very quiet and cozy.

As it is a rental apartment with a kitchen and laundry machine, it would be nice if there was at least some basic groceries like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, laundry detergent available. At the very least, dish soap and hand soap containers were full, so it’s enough for the first day of your stay.

El aire enfriaba, había un supermercado cerca.

No recomendaría este alojamiento. La reserva era para tres adultos, pero el apartamento realmente está preparado para dos personas. Solo dispone de una cama de matrimonio y la tercera plaza consiste en la parte larga del chaise longue, que no sirve como cama. Mido 1,67 m y me quedaban las piernas desde las rodillas hacia abajo sin ningún apoyo, por lo que fue imposible descansar correctamente. Además, el estado de limpieza y mantenimiento dejaba mucho que desear. Al entrar había un fuerte olor a orina en el baño, hasta el punto de que tuvimos que limpiarlo nada más llegar. También había importantes humedades, especialmente debajo del aparato de aire acondicionado. Otro problema importante fue la seguridad. Las puertas del balcón no cerraban correctamente, por lo que tuvimos que dejar todas nuestras pertenencias dentro con la preocupación que eso supone. El acceso al alojamiento también fue muy deficiente. Antes de llegar preguntamos por WhatsApp cómo entrar y nos respondieron que no había llave para acceder a la urbanización y que esperáramos a que algún vecino saliera para poder entrar. Eso fue exactamente lo que tuvimos que hacer. Una vez en la puerta, escribí también por Booking y me dijeron que vendrían a ayudarnos, pero no apareció nadie. Finalmente, un vecino abrió la puerta de la urbanización y pudimos acceder para recoger las llaves de la caja de seguridad situada junto a la puerta del apartamento. En definitiva, el alojamiento no se corresponde con lo anunciado, especialmente en cuanto a la capacidad para tres adultos, y la falta de limpieza, el mal estado de mantenimiento y la mala gestión del acceso hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy decepcionante

El trato de Monika, fue maravilloso y siempre muy atenta para ayudarnos.

Que había cucarachas chicas, nos encontramos 6 o 7.... supongo q era una plaga de otro piso cercano. Y está para mi gusto retirado de la playa.
