Great location. You can use air condition whole day even if out of property. Free Wi-Fi
No iron. Only 3 small packs of shampoo.
And one more thing, it's really hard to find property in case of late arrival. Zadar old town has narrow streets and GPS wouldn't help you. My advice is to publish route from nearest gate, in this case taxi will be cheaper and easier to find yours door.

The property was extremely well located in the old town. Everything was a short walk away. The room had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable bed!
My only downfall (only small) was our bed sheet was too small for our bed, meaning during our nights sleep we would find ourselves on the mattress which was fine, but for hygiene it wasn’t the most ideal.

No natural light without opening the shutters from the outside of the building. Needed shower gel etc.

Krevet je bio udoban, kreativna kupaona.
The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was creatively designed.
Miris u apartmanu je na stari podrum i prasinu, sto je naravno minus kod astme i alergija.
Sto se tice vode, pokusali smo je cim manje koristiti moguce. Voda u kupaoni je imala miris na sumpor ili tako nesto i cijeli objekt je imao miris po toj vodi jos dodatno, oba dvoje smo imali probleme sa kozom, ja sam imala pristice na tjemenu kose (time i rane) i tek se oporavilo nakon mjesec dana.
Luftali smo cijelo vrijeme.
Krevet je moderan i super moderna kupaona, a s druge strane kada se okrene prema vratima sve retro, stvar je ukusa ali ako je stil pre moderan, cudno je imati retro stvari na drugoj strani koje izgledaju ko da su nasumicno postavljene.
The apartment smelled of an old basement and dust, which is obviously a downside for people with asthma and allergies.
As for the water, we tried to use as little of it as possible. The water in the bathroom smelled like sulfur or something similar, and the entire property also had a lingering smell of that water. Both of us experienced skin problems. I developed pimples on my scalp, which turned into sores, and it took a month for my scalp to recover.
We kept the windows open to air the place out the entire time.
The bed is modern, and the bathroom is very modern as well. However, when you turn towards the door, everything looks retro. This is a matter of personal taste, but if the overall style is very modern, it feels strange to have retro items on the other side that look as though they have been placed there randomly.
