Excellent

Very nice apartment. Close to City Center. Great staff. Very comfortable.

A mixed bag

The location and the hotel staff were excellent. We stayed in the two bed roomed apartment with terrace. Reserved paid car parking was a bonus when you see how difficult it is to park anywhere near the centre.

A number of things let the apartment down. No clear picture is shown of the terrace which is approximately two square metres in size and has dilapidated furniture that was covered in bird excrement and moss. Indoors there were pieces of old furniture that need replacing (when we sat on the sofa we sank down below the front wooden board supporting it and one small table that had legs that were almost falling off). The apartment is quite dark and the old fashioned lighting does not help matters. I dislike and am unused to making comments like this but this is a true reflection of our four night stay.

Great location

In a great location for immediate access to the town. Very spacious. Just around the corner from the hotel of the same name where you have to collect the keys. Very friendly and helpful reception staff who explained how to access the private underground parking nearby. Be aware that there are is only space for 3 cars next to the hotel for checking in and unloading so can be awkward if this is full or blocked as in our case.

The bed mattress is hard, which we didn’t mind but the bed is quite bouncy, so you can feel every movement of your partner. Just be aware The staircase up to the other apartments is metal and very noisy if you are a light sleeper. A slight smell of drains in the bathroom on our first day but after that was ok. Only small issues and we would stay again if visiting Toledo

Good for one night stop

We only stayed one night and the location was perfect. The apartment had enough space for the three of us.

Breakfast was not great.Pillows were uncomfortable, so slept without it
