A quiet oasis, centrally located but tucked away on a discreet street. Run by a wonderful team who supported me every step of the way post-surgery. Antonis, the concierge, organised all my trips and appointments and treated me with absolute professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. Vaggielis was also a warm, genuine and caring manager who helped ensure I was comfortable during my stay and informed me about the property’s fascinating history and various architectural styles. I can recommend the spa, as I tried a variety of therapies and massages that supported my healing and well-being. I am very grateful to you all!

Great central location in central Chania old town, 5 mins walk from the Venetian harbour.
Super helpful staff, one of whom walked us to our taxi pick up point just outside the pedestrian area.
Beautiful large very comfortable room on the top floor with terrace and separate balcony.
Lots of choice at breakfast (hot or cold), all homemade. First place in Crete where they didn’t mule scrambled eggs!
It was very quiet, almost too quiet in the common areas but if want a lively boutique place away from noise it’s perfect.
There were lots of steps up to our room which was very challenging with two 23kg suitcases, but we did get some help.

Staff were polite but not overly helpful or friendly. Room was on two levels so constantly up and down. Bed uncomfortable. Not a 5 star hotel.
