The apartment was very comfortable and quiet, and well equipped, with a lovely private terrace overlooking the port. We didn't meet the owner but her communications were efficient. The island is beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the hike to the Prophet Elias Monastery and the walk along the coast to the quieter village of Kamini, where the Taverna Christina is highly recommended. The apartment is a steep 12-15 minute climb from the port, and it is easy to get lost in the maze of narrow cobbled streets. But we knew that when booking. None of the maps on our phones quite captured the exact streets. Google Maps sent us up the steepest route, which was challenging even with light luggage (we didn't use the mule option) so do use the route helpfully suggested by the owner via a video: it's slightly longer, but not so steep. But the apartment would not suit someone with mobility problems.
Nothing, beyond the steep climb mentioned above, which is hardly the apartment's fault!

The location / view, very clean and comfortable, attention to detail from the owner because coffee is available as well as washing machine powder if you need.
The property is up hill so a mule is necessary if you have heavy luggage. Understand it is not the owners’ fault but we want to recommend to do a follow up of the mule because ours just did not come (and did not advise) the day of our departure…
