Nous avons aimé l'emplacement ( facilité d'accès /proximité du centre et des centres d'intérêts) , le parking privé. L' accueil et la convivialité de notre Hôte ( "Caroline")
Juste à préciser: Prudence pour les personnes un peu moins agiles; escalier à pas décalés pour accéder au logement.

Emplacement, parking à 200m, plein pied
Malheureusement bâtiment humide dans le bas des murs, on sent l'odeur d'humidité en arrivant. Et comme c'est assez petit, sans salon, ça ne vaut par le prix. Mais l'emplacement est bien et le contact réactif. Déjà eu mieux à St Valery, je mettrais un 7/10 mais pas 8,6 comme sur Booking. Prix à remettent accord pour le service.
