It was clean
The detergent smell used to wash the blankets. Kinda strong! And the breakfast is ok but could add more varieties on the pastries side. And coffee machines with multiple options for hot drinks instead of traditional coffee containers could be a game changer for the hotel business. Mugs instead of cups for coffees could do the magic esp for the coffee aficionados.

Cleanliness not up to expectation, especially bedsheet and pillow covers. Also no hand towel provided in toilet.

Nearest location and easy to go in and out
Im stay family room but The mattress is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, feels like a spring in the back of the body when lying down.. I asked for a baby cot for my 1 year old baby, but it is not available at this premise.. it is not safe for babies to sleep in a regular bed, before I checked in I called and requested to join the bed because the hotel does not provide a baby cot. but the staff did not allow it because it could cause damage to the bed and the hotel will fine me, even though I told the staff to join it, not me.
