Great location, parking and great design
Too many steep steps to top floor apartment

We had a city triple room, which was perfect to give our daughter a room of her own. The room was spacious enough for us and the fridge was useful. We loved having the pool, which we had to ourselves when we went, though it was on the cooler side for my wife. The room and shower were warm enough. We parked at Parking Zandpoortvest, which was great value, but a bit of a walk from the hotel and cobbled (not great for wheeled suitcases).
The bathroom would benefit from a towel rail to dry towels and clothes (it was cold and wet when we visited). The floor under the beds was not clean, however, the other areas seemed fine.

Location and pool are brilliant, mini fridge very useful.
Air con ineffective. Double beds are two small singles pushed together. Several things in the room didn’t work - bedside lights etc

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A shirt was left behind and they contacted us with a method of having it returned."
