Bug infested house with stench of manure
To be honest not much at all.
The Swedish word Säteri can mean two things: the most common understanding of the word is formerly belonging to aristocracy, the second meaning is horse related.
Although we clearly were not expecting to live in a mansion, neither were we expecting for the house and its surroundings to smell like horse manure. The stench was intense and unbearable, to the point of vomit inducing.
The ad said two bathrooms when there was clearly only one bathroom, unless you can't the showers downstairs.
The entire downstairs area smelled of wet mold, with many spider webs.
The wifi code was wrong and we had to go without wifi for the first day.
There was an entire colony of bugs such as beetles crawling in and out of many rooms. In the upstairs bathroom, right next to the doorframe, beetles would crawl out front behind the wall into the bathroom.
So the whole place reeked of horse manure, large number of bugs at most times. I'm usually quite chill but charging 1600 a night during these circumstances is really not cool. You should have been honest about these things and then we'd surely book some other place instead.
You'll surely not have us as guests in the future, and I'll make sure to warn my friends about this location should they consider it.
