Unfortunately we only spent one night here. Comfortable, modern apartment. We were warmly welcomed in the evening. Friendly staff. Varied buffet for breakfast. Ideally located for Gambir train station.
The room was air conditioned in advance. Nice gesture, but the temperature doesn't need to be that much lower than outside :)

A special thank you to Mr. Ernes for his exceptional hospitality and support. His kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated. Many thanks to the entire team for their hard work and for making us feel so comfortable throughout our stay.

Location
My rooms were not ready when I reached the apt at 3pm ish. After ~an hour, one room was ready, but I had to wait for the other one. But it’s a small matter compared to the washing machine.
Maintenance is the main concern I had. Washing machine is supposed to come with dryer. The machine was filled with dirty water when I first opened it. Then, the technician came by to rectify it. My nightmare started after it worked actually. I spent the whole night waiting for the dryer to work, but it didn’t. I gave it up and slept at 4am (after 2 trials) as I realized the dryer wasn’t functioning at all. I had to manually dry my clothes as I can’t leave with wet clothes.
