The building and the room are very pleasant, and the neighbourhood is nice. The city centre is within reasonable walking distance, while bus 67 and tram 9, just a few minutes' walk away, provide easy access if you don't feel like walking. The host is kind and friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The value for money is excellent.
Just two minor points that did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience: the cleaning could have been a little more thorough in some areas of the room, particularly around the windows behind the curtains, and, as coffee enthusiasts, we would have loved to use our own moka pot, but unfortunately it was not compatible with the induction hob. That said, the accommodation does provide two different types of coffee, so there are alternatives if you're not as attached to your own brewing method as we are! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

It's a nice, well-kept place. Slightly north of the city centre, but the 67 bus is very convenient.

Nice and quiet place hidden in green courtyard, not far from the city center (20 min walk) and just in front of very lovely park. Host was very attentive regarding earlier check-in.

it's in a safe neighborhood and public transport is at 500 m distance. they have a shared kitchen
very very small room very very small bed and even more than that a very very small quilt which could not cover me. no temperature control and the room was cold like hell similar to the host who was also very cold in his responses. would not recommend this place
