Good food; very good field guide and tracker; good game drive arrangement
Some staff could be a little friendlier and more welcoming, with a smile

Super lovely and helpful staff; unforgettable game drives; delicious food; and evening entertainment provided by staff. We had superb guide and tracker on morning and evening game drives.
This property was an overwhelmingly positive experience for us. The shower cubicle was a little dated, but it was still fit for purpose (water pressure and temperature worked well).

The grounds were so beautiful and well kept. The staff was absolutely amazing! They went above & beyond and were extremely friendly. The food was delicious with a variety of options. The tour guides for the safaris were fantastic!!
