No breakfast. Location was within 15 minute walk to the railway station and 15 minutes to the cathedral. The staff were very helpful and communicated well.
Very basic accommodation. The room was very small as was the bathroom. Ventilation was low however there was a Dyson type fan in the room to keep the air circulating. There was one window looking into a central (utility) courtyard.
