I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it really easy to explore Istanbul. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything I needed.
The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy because of its central location, but overall, it was a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing experience at Duo Galata Hotel! While the rooms are not overly modern, they are very clean, comfortable, and full of character.
What truly blew us away was the incredible staff and service. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professional service made our stay unforgettable.
The location is perfect for exploring, and the overall experience was fantastic. We were amazed by the hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Great value for money and an excellent location. The metro is within walking distance, and Galata Tower is just around the corner. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that my first room was too noisy because it faced the street, the reception kindly moved me to a much quieter room.
My first room was quite noisy due to the street traffic. The rooms are simple, so don’t expect luxury, but they are perfectly adequate if you mainly use the hotel as a base for exploring the city.
