Bertrand and Anaïs made our stay unforgettable!
We stayed in seven different places during our European trip, including other hotels of the same star rating and other Hilton properties, but the hospitality we experienced here was truly exceptional, thanks especially to Bertrand and Anaïs. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. They even arranged a lovely anniversary gesture for my parents, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our family trip even more special.
The hotel itself was spotless, the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and the location felt super safe, with plenty of nearby services and amenities.
Bertrand and Anaïs are a real credit to this hotel. They made us feel genuinely cared for, and their outstanding service is what truly sets this place apart. We would happily return!

The team members are trying their best. Nadia from reception is one of the most professional employee I’ve seen. She absolutely does everything so guest can feel better.
Rooms are relatively small. Deluxe room is Very small. Shower has no water pressure. AC turns off automatically every 1-2 hours. Guests smoke in their rooms. Hotel not very clean.
