great locaition friendly staff. The room was clean, and nice. They let us leave our bags at a storage room in the morning, s we could enjoy our day at Gardaland.

The location is very good, the breakfast was noting special but it was fine. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The only thing we didn’t like is that the floor in our room was very dirty and sticky like something sweet was split over the floor and wasn’t clean at all.

Fitness suite
Breakfast except drinks situation
Non-keycard entry - great to just enter codes
Location
Clean
Fridge in room
Good value overall
Not the best sound-proofing
Shower took 5 mins to heat up and weak pressure
No ironing board (only an iron)
There were no normal tea bags at breakfast - only herbal ones. When I asked for some i was told there weren't any left. I had to go to Lidl and buy my own tea bags and milk. I took my own tea bags down each morning. I think having tea bags is a minimum requirement for a hotel serving breakfast.
A kettle in room would have been helpful

Location is good, close to old town
The receptionist turned on loud disco music on Sunday from 8.30 in the morning onwards. When I came to complain to her about this music, about 9.30, she said "I need to wake up". When I told her that my room was directly above the lobby, she said "Exactly. But it's good for you, you will wake up early as well and won't be late".
This is an absolutely unacceptable behavior for a hotel receptionist.
In addition, she told me to get out of the room at 10 am. While on Booking checkout is 11, and upon checkin I was told 10.30. When confronted with this evidence, she said "Booking is wrong".
Checkout at 10 would be too early anyway.
Also, I booked a room with 2 single beds and they confirmed this in writing before checkin. Still, they gave me a room with one double bed. My friend did not come for last minute problems but otherwise a double bed would have been an issue.
The breakfast is scarce. Even basic black tea bags were not available.
