The location is excellent. Rooms are really comfy and clean. Pool area and restaurant areas are lovely and also clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would defo stay again.
Everything was really good no complaints.

The pool area was nice and comfortable chairs in the outdoor part of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially A Samet who was always on hand and went above and beyond to make sure all guests were happy
The beds were very uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on cement. The hotel do not provide bed linen either, just a thin, stiff towel which adds to the discomfort. This was surprising as I had booked a newly renovated room, and bedding and a comfortable bed should be a basic requirement.
