Location - it was central and convenient to all attractions, metro was straight across the road, easy to get to airport and train station.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
Staff - so helpful and friendly, they really made our stay perfect.
Would definitely stay here if we are back in Shanghai.
Nothing.

It’s luxury for my standards and great value for money. Location was awesome just next to line 2 metro. There was a pleasant lady Shirley Ma, she makes very good coffee every morning during breakfast
If you’re not from Asia, you probably won’t like their food, it’s very specific. Have in mind that I can eat anything 😅

Location excellent
Old , air conditioning doesn’t work , needs to open windows . 2 me bed for our 8 year old was a sofa not a sofa bed . She found it very inconvertible and resorted to sleeping in our bed
