The Dora is a lovely hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff, pleasant dining area and lovely sitting areas. It's an easy walk to the train and down to the water with a grocery store and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The in house restaurant was a nice bonus.
There was a little bit of street noise if the windows were open but nothing to bother you when you shut them.
