- Confort du lit!

- Excellente Proximité avec tout , plein centre ville!
- Le personnel a la réception ne parlent pas l'anglais!
- La serrure de la porte de ma chambre 609 est totalement a refaire, il a fallut 3 aller-retour a la réception pour que la personne puisse l'ouvrir avec force! A 23 heures, c'était très fatiguant!
- La serrure du coffre totalement casée et inopérante, c'est dommage cela m'a rajouté du stress car je devais trainer sur moi toute la ajournée avec une somme d'argent et des documents importants au risque de les perdre ou de les oublier quelques part dans la ville.
- Le petit déjeuner a commencé a 7:50 le matin, pour une personne qui voyage tôt le matin, c'est juste raté! Il me semble qu'a 07:15 maximum serait l'idéal!
- Il n'y a pas de prises électriques juste a proximité du lit!!!! Nous sommes tous connectés et avons besoins d'utiliser nos outils (Téléphones, Tablettes, Laptop, …) juste avant de dormir pour faire le point sur la ajournée du lendemain, régler nos réveils sur nos cellulaires etc., .. ne par disposer de prises électriques est TRES PROBLEMATIQUE, ET CRITIQUE! Merci d'y remédier au plus vite …..

I liked the work they did to make it comfortable and enjoyed the experience overall. I found that the location was perfect to explore the area. You dont need to be on the main strip, just back a street from it, not bad at all.
My recent breakfast experience was disappointing due to several operational issues.
Confusing Billing Process: I was asked for my room number, which led me to believe the meal would be charged to my room. Instead, I was presented with a final amount to pay with no itemized bill or visible menu pricing. This lack of transparency was frustrating.
Charge for Coffee Refills: I was surprised to be charged extra for a coffee refill. For a minimal cost, a complimentary refill is a standard hospitality practice that significantly improves the customer's perception of value.
Impersonal Service: The service was functional but lacked warmth. A more friendly and engaging manner from the staff, including a simple acknowledgment when we crossed paths later, would have made a notable difference.
I believe addressing these points, particularly the billing transparency and the coffee refill policy, would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Location was good. Close to Reforma and Zona Rosa. Good water preassure and temperature.
The room was noisy and it would get really hot during the day. There were no electric plugs near the bed so the phone had to be charged close to the bathroom. The cleanninnes was poor and there were only 2 towels for everything from washing your face and hands to dry yourself after shower. The TV was extremely small, very high in the wall and only had like 7 channels; the remote control was not in the room so we had to ask for it but the phone didn't have the number to the reception, so I had to go downstairs and pick it up.
