The service was exceptional throughout our stay, from the management and reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and gardeners. Everyone was warm, courteous and genuinely helpful. We would particularly like to thank Afiya at reception for her assistance and Mr. Biju, the restaurant manager, who provided outstanding service at every meal and made us feel especially well looked after.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely king-size bed and a large walk-in shower featuring an excellent rain showerhead.
The food was superb, with an extensive breakfast buffet and an excellent dinner menu. We also enjoyed seeing the resort's interesting organic garden. The pool area was a wonderful place to relax during the hot afternoons.

Ambience was good. Food was un neceassary expensive and not so good
Food was expensive and not so great. Booking .com didnt tell this room access was a elavated place snd in the first floor. So for everything we need to climb up and down
