The rooms are very comfortable and well soundproofed. The beds are excellent, and the AC works perfectly. We had a spectacular sea view from our room!
The housekeeping service is outstanding. Our room was spotless every single day. Even with all the sand we sometimes brought in, they always managed to keep the floors immaculate.
The food is also of very good quality. I highly recommend booking a half-board stay, as both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, with a wide variety of options. The waitstaff are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful.
The caipirinhas at Ritz Suites Maceió are simply the best! The drinks and cocktails are excellent quality, and the bartenders are truly top-notch.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel! :)
