Friendly staff price of stay was very goog
Bit out from town so extra few euros needed for taxi or shuttle bus

Animation team made our stay unbelievably good, staff at the restaurant goes extra mile, everything was always full and tables cleaned regularly. Food full of flavours, and tasty. 5 stars for food and staff at animation team, life guards
Drain smell outside Sophocles bar and the swimming pool area, all mixed with a smell from the kitchen. Hussain behind bars was extremely rude. I witnessed in few occasions he was screaming at kids to be quite. This is a hotel for families so you cannot expect that kids will be quiet. Rooms photos on their website are not matching. Our room was big but it wasn't renovated for a long time. This isn't a 4 star hotel. Maximum 3 stars but I would rather give 2 stars.
