Good location
All Elevators are hidden, very difficult to see them whether they are coming or not. Very poor design.

Its near a park, so we used to use the park in the evenings. just across the road from the hotel there are fruit markets and vegetable markets which made us enjoy fresh supply of fruits and also be able to experience the typical Hong Kong society. important to note that the hotel has a mall next to it with various local cuisine restaurants, there is also KFC AND McDonalds, pastry shops those that have a sweet tooth will enjoy the hotel near by it is the metro too, in the mall that connects to the hotel.
We were given a room on the 41st floor but it smelt of dampness we complained and they moved us to the 80th floor it was a nice upgrade bigger room, no dampness and better views
Staff at front desk not friendly at all, secondly there is a gap in cleanliness the drawers and cabinets had dust housekeeping is not done thoroughly the room would always look the same except for the laid beds. it was disappointing.
The Hotel doesn't go out of its way to way to make you feel comfortable, you have to figure things out yourself, i relied on HK Tourism Board for help than the hotel.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby.
The room was not very well cleaned. The electrical layout is incredibly inconvenient—there are no sockets in the bathroom or near the hallway mirror, forcing me to use an extension board for the hair dryer, which itself is a cheap, low-power model. To make matters worse, the wall sockets did not work with my phone charger (which works fine at home), and the built-in USB ports charge at an extremely slow pace. Management seriously needs to upgrade the room's upkeep and electrical standards.
