We were met at reception and instructed how to use a bluetooth key on our phone. Staff are lovely and hard-working. Pool is pretty and peaceful.
Comfortable bedroom. Hot shower. Drinking water dispenser with hot and cold.Streaming tv if you use your own log in.
Kitchen area really needs an upgrade. Fridge is old too. A toaster would be good.

We love it at Kumpul, we love everything… the staff are wonderful, we have been going here most years for the past 16years.

We loved the pool and our little villa (1 bedroom)
The breakfast is ordered on your phone , do it yourself, we missed 2 days cause we struggle using technology.

Nothing
Arrived at night pouring rain. Lounge open and slippery tiles. Mossies and steep stairs. No tv in the lounge. Bed ok but pillows lumpy. Depressing room if stuck in their with rain.
We moved next morning. Down a dark lane. Very run down looking.
