The room has a good amount of space, AC Unit, window (not all have window access), TV, a small table by the bed, a large wide twin bed(!). Hooks were available with two hangers. There was plenty of room for my two suitcases (one full of omiyage).
There is an ofuro available and one just has to sign up for the half hour slot on the clipboard by the ofuro room.
The location is a 13-15 min walk from the nearest train station, but it's straight forward - almost literally.
There was an overall smell of sweat - which could be because of the many male guests and it was a warm day, but the next day the smell was still in the hallways, though lighter. I don't know how the smell can be removed unless it's on the walls and furniture. My room, however, was NOT sweaty smelling thank goodness.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, when I forgot to bring my travel adapter they kindly loaned me one. The place was also spotless and smelled great, bathrooms included. The bed was 10/10 so comfortable. Even though the place is a bit out of the way, it is a short walk to a nice little river and across the bridge are some excellent sashimi restaurants. The area was very safe though, I did not feel like I was in danger walking back when it was dark.
The room was tinyyyy, my luggage stayed closed most of the time because there was simply no space to open it. Had a small desk but in the end I had to relocate to the shared space to do my work.

Decent location next to a subway stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room and bed were quite small by American standards.
A somewhat bigger room as it was cramped with two people inside it.

Friendly staff! Every room is slightly different which is fun. The location is nice since it’s right around the corner from my favorite 7/11 and not too far from the closest station. The washer and dryer are super affordable and in a pinch you could grab some detergent from the desk for a few yen.
To preface, I stayed here for a whole 7 days.
Thin walls. I could hear fellow guests walking around the floor below from my room on the second floor. Which leads to my second point… This place seemed to attract not-so-thoughtful guests. People would walk with lead feet down the hallway, slam doors, and bang stuff around in their rooms. I also witnessed, several times, guests not following slipper rules in bathrooms, and throughout the facility. Additionally, the wifi was subpar. I had to disconnect and use data many times just to surf the net.
