We stayed at La Laguna for 2 nights. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is well located: close to restaurants and minutes away from the main docks. The rooms are clean and spacious and having the view on the Laguna is a plus to observe the wildlife from your balcony. Additionally, the hotel proposes excursions on the island at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Estalin who took great care of us and was always available to assist us during our stay!

Nice location across from the flamingo lagoon. They picked us up from the airport and communicated very well throughout the stay. The beds are large and comfortable. We had an amazing vegan breakfast the chef cooked up just for us! Chickpeas and patacones one morning and a nice avocado toast the second. We really appreciated it!
The rooms could use a little extra color or artwork to make it feel happy and homey! But they’re nice. Also we were bummed because we booked it for the jacuzzis but they were out of order on the rooftop and the lower one was only lukewarm.

The location is ok.
the place is not as clean as its announced, you can see a thin layer of dirt above everything that makes everything opaque and sticky, we also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the fornitura in the social área is stained. Did not enjoy my stay at all! If cleanness is important to you then it is NOT a good place.
