The location was amazing! Right next to tram stop plus 2 stops away from surfers paradise and the amenities provided were excellent at the place!

This place was Awesome. We were on the 14th floor in a two bedroom unit with a sea view. The living area was huge. It is only 5 minutes walk to the tram that takes you most places you would want, and over the road to the beach.
It was also very clean and comfortable.

We liked everything about the apartment- it was well set up, clean, great property managers.

Location
I thought our room was dated. Window stays sticking, Single hot & cold taps, shower heads weren't adjustable for shorter people. We had a firm alarm during our stay & the stairs are slippery. My granddaughter fell down a flight.
