The man who welcomed us when we arrived was so kind and in a good mood.
Everyday they were cleaning our room (made the beds, take the trash and even turned on our Air Conditioner so that when we came back in the room, it was nice and cold). Also the check out hour (12:00) I think it is a really good time to leave.
I enjoyed everything.
The only thing that I think it can be improved is the breakfast (we had it included) which had the same food everyday and we get a little bored of it. Maybe some vegetables would be nice to be included too.
But the food was really good and fresh.

Good location, nice staff, ok breakfast and perfect coffee 🤗
A bit of noise from the street - i understand that inevitable due to the location, unpleasant smell in the corridor, but room was fine

Good to park close, outside of the Ortigia-old town, but in walking distance

Very nice staff member that welcomed us (older gentleman)
Very dated and the hallway to our room smelled like mold.
