Fantastic hotel in the perfect location for visiting Petra. The family room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant manager and all of the staff were absolutely brilliant (shout out to the chef who prepares the perfect pancakes for kids!). They even arranged a cake and sang for my daughter on her 9th birthday which was a lovely surprise for her! I would definitely recommend Petra Moon Hotel.
Nothing, everything was great

Wow! Beautiful spot with the most welcoming and lovely staff. Fantastic breakfast and the food and beverage team were so great! Great location close to the visitors centre. I would absolutely stay here again. Outstanding.
Nothing - everything was top notch.

Location, friendly staff except Abdullah in front office. Haroun in front office was awesome. Restaurant manager and Saleh, the chef were great.
On the last day we ran into Abdullah at front office. He was caustic, rude, and downright uncouth. All the good work done by other staff members were watered down by Abdullah’s behaviour. Wonder how he got selected to be in a client facing role!!!
