Nice sized rooms with views of the port. Very large breakfast buffet with multiple styles of food. Free shuttle service.
A bit run down. They did not tell us about shuttle service in confirmation emails. Would have saved us a taxi ride.

Everything! Location, staff, food options, shuttle availability, onsite amenities, best breakfast buffet of our entire trip, GORGEOUS nighttime views! We cannot say enough about how much we loved this hotel!
Not a thing! Everything was amazing!

The buffet restaurant was amazing.
A bit dated, worn. Carpets, for example.

hotel is expensive , and breakfats was not included, carpets are old, the rooms are dated. lots of dust and everywere . i visit a lot of hotels and it feels like they squeeze every last cent out of the hotel. only thing that was free was the cheap bubbles and coffee at the lobby (wat looks impressive and nice) so i drink a lot of that in the afternoon.
food is expensive, portions in the bar are small. it was imposible to check in a few hours before, everyone had to wait till 3 pm, usually hotels are more flexible, (i try 3 times)
