El lugar es muy tranquilo, las personas que atienden allí amables y atentas, sobre todo la señora Noemi esforzada por tener todo a tiempo y en condiciones. El lugar tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen una mantequilla excepcional en el desayuno. Me encantó✨

Our room at Casa Hotel Jardin Azul was beautiful. The architecture of the property was stunning.
When we arrived we were allowed to choose between 2 rooms and both were gorgeous. However, we ended up choosing the higher floor, which had a huge balcony with a wonderful view across Cali city.
The location was ideal, nearby a neighbourhood full of life with restaurants and bars, but not a party vibe (which is not what we wanted).
The staff were all lovely, mostly 2 women (whose names I have now forgotten, which I feel terrible for). They made us feel so welcome and despite my poor levels of Spanish and their not understanding English, we got by just fine and managed to communicate without too much difficulty. They were very patient, which helped.
We were able to pay for our laundry to be washed - which was returned to us within 24hours. This was very helpful, as we were backpacking.
Freshly cooked/prepared breakfast every morning and we even had the pleasure of meeting Panthera, who I think is the neighbourhood cat (she liked to join us for breakfast! ;P). She's very cute!
The accomodation was a perfect rest place to refresh from the days partying at the Cali Feria!
Sadly, when we arrived, it was a hot day and we wanted to relax and use the pool after our long coach journey, but it was out of order/under maintenance. This was disappointing as one of the main draws for booking this choice was due to the pool.

the pool was small but my little sister enjoyed it, furthermore, they were helpful at the time we need the kitchen. also, they allowed us to pay the total cost of the rooms at the end of our stay and they were nice at the time to guide us in the city as well
our rooms smelled like cigarette and our concern was if the guest are allowed to smoke inside, we ask to the receptionist but she just denied the fact, letting us know that the smoke was coming from outside but the rooms were smelling too much cigarette, also, the noice from outside and the guest coming in at late night was annoying as we can heard everything from our rooms. moreover, the overpricing of their service was too much and the breakfast repetitive, the charged us 2 times the real cost of a liter of milk but instead it was only a small jar of milk to later on charging us for a broken jar lid that we were pretty sure we didn’t break it, as we checked the room trying to find it without success, for our surprise the lady finding it in a cabinet we had already check it in advance, wrapped in a napkin that we didn’t have during our stay in the house so at the end of the discussion she charged us 30.000 for it.
everything was about money, since the beginning they advise us that everything in the room was clean and white and if we stained something we had to pay for it while is the first time I personally heard this in a hotel and with the fear of use the towels specially the one we use to dry our feet to go out of the shower.
