THE LOCATION IS GOOD , HOWEVER ,THE ROOM NEEDS IMPROVEMNT , ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM , CLEANLINESS ITS AVERAGE .
What upset me the most was that I made my reservation using my credit card, and the booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was unexpectedly asked to pay in cash. The staff explained that there was a statement in the booking conditions indicating that card payments were not accepted, but this information was not clearly communicated at all.
As a result, I was forced to pay in cash without being prepared for it. I found this extremely inconvenient, frustrating, and unprofessional. Such important payment conditions should be clearly highlighted before confirming a reservation.
The stay was extremely uncomfortable. At 6:00 AM, an alarm went off and continued ringing for over an hour, completely disrupting our sleep. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the hotel management did not offer any explanation or apology for this unacceptable disturbance.
