Owner is very attentive to the guest’s needs, cares about their well being. We accidentally left a camera at the hotel, not only did he call us he also helped ship it back. Packed it up for us, added the label and waited for the courier to pick it up. I doubt no other hotel owner would go the extra mile for a past guest. His assistance was very much appreciated.
