Very nice modern hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a lovely pool in the centre of the hotel, crystal clear and well maintained. Very good buffet breakfast included in price and a well priced evening smorgasbord is offered three nights a week. Food was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is not a lot within walking distance from the hotel (there is a small indomart next door)however very easy to use Gojek and most sights not far by car.
On a very busy main road.

entrance, welcoming drink, live singer at the Buffet
The room had a strange smell that reminded us of a hospital. It was also very poorly soundproofed. At around 2 a.m., we could still hear hotel staff in the corridors loudly talking and pushing luggage carts around, which was very disruptive.
The food we ordered in the restaurant was disappointing. Some dishes were lukewarm to cold; only the soup was served hot. While we were still eating, the evening buffet was being dismantled and carried through the restaurant. This created an unnecessary sense of rush and disruption, especially since the buffet was located outside and we were dining inside the restaurant. On top of that, the tables were already being set up for the following morning while guests were still eating.
The rooms were very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom is urgently in need of renovation. The coating on the bathtub was peeling off in several places. There was also a shower curtain that was far too long. Personally, I find shower curtains to be one of the most unhygienic features a hotel bathroom can have. This one was yellowed, and the shower head was covered in mold.
Overall, the hotel feels very dated and worn. In my opinion, it is in urgent need of renovation and modernization.

"Room was big with comfortable bed, toiletries in a modern bathroom and a cute balcony. The lift was key controlled so safe and secure and the breakfast was a feast!! It had everything you wanted apart..."
