Location was perfect, steps away from everything. Loved the lobby design. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but the bathroom was spacious enough. It was clean. The shower was hot and with nice water pressure. Breakfast staff were very hospitable and warm.
It was a bit cold at this time, but the blankets are thermal so you will sleep warm, it is just being in the room felt cold. The hotel should check regularly the bottles with the shampoo — they were empty, which I realised when already taking a shower so, was inconvenient to jump around in the cold room to call the reception and wait for it as the receptionist was alone. There was an issue with the WIfi next day but the staff were practically trying to fix it, it was not at the hotel end but services. Due to the art week , the hotel seemed to be pricier than usual.

The hotel has a great location in a beautiful part of Paris, within walking distance of many sights and attractions. There are also lots of lovely restaurants nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh with a good selection, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Definitely recommended!

Staff is amazing. Location is central, yet quiet. We had the corner room and the view was nice. It is also rather spacious - we expected worse) breakfast is limited, but you will have all you need, including scramble and veggies.
I think one of our towels were dirty, may have been some permanent stain, though. Other than that - all good. You need to be clear in managing your expectations - it's a three-star hotel, not more, not less.
